Terms of Service

By creating an account, using this website, or reserving a place at a Move Together session, you agree to these terms. Move Together is hosted by Carlos Grimminck and runs playful outdoor group activities in and around Perth, Western Australia.

Please provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in information private. A reservation holds the number of places selected for the listed session. If you reserve places for other people, make sure they know the event details and these participation expectations.

Each account can hold one confirmed reservation for an event. If plans change, cancel the reservation from My appointments as early as you can so another person can take the place.

Event prices, where applicable, are displayed on the relevant event page and are per participant unless stated otherwise. Move Together does not currently process payments through this website. If that changes, the relevant payment terms will be provided before any payment is collected.

Outdoor activities can be affected by weather, venue access, safety considerations, or unexpected circumstances. We may need to change, postpone, or cancel a session when reasonably necessary, and will aim to update the published event details as soon as practical.

Sessions involve ordinary physical movement and outdoor conditions. You are responsible for deciding whether a session is appropriate for you and for seeking medical advice if you are unsure. Wear suitable clothing and footwear, bring any items listed on the event page, and follow the host's reasonable safety instructions.

Please treat other participants, public spaces, and equipment with care. We may ask someone to stop participating where their conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
