Move Together is hosted by Carlos Grimminck. We aim to handle personal information responsibly and in line with applicable Australian privacy law. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

We collect information you provide when you use the site, including:

• your name and email address when you create an account;
• reservation details, such as the session you select, number of people, and reservation status; and
• messages or other details you send when you contact us.

We also use essential account and session information to keep the website secure and remember that you are signed in.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, manage reservations and available places, respond to enquiries, maintain the website, and meet reasonable safety or legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use your email for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We use Supabase to host and process the account, reservation, and storage data needed to run Move Together. Supabase acts as a service provider for these functions. We may also share information when required or permitted by law. Service providers may process information outside Western Australia or Australia; where this happens, we take reasonable steps designed to ensure it is handled appropriately.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no online service can be completely secure. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, including operating your account, managing reservations, and meeting legal or record-keeping obligations.

You can update your display name from My profile and manage reservations from My appointments. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us at hello@movetogether.example. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use essential cookies or similar local storage to support sign-in and site preferences. We do not currently use optional advertising trackers on this site.
