What is this?

It's easier to connect when you're doing something together.

Instead of standing around trying to make conversation, you'll be put into small teams and given simple, fun challenges. Some games are competitive. Some need everyone working together. None of them require you to be an athlete.

  1. Show up

No preparation required. Come on your own or bring people — most do.

  2. Join a team

Carlos explains everything and divides the group. Nobody gets picked last.

  3. Play

Move, compete, collaborate and connect. Finish while you're still buzzing.

The goal is simple: move, laugh, participate and enjoy the people around you.

Why it works

Less small talk. More shared experiences.

The movement is real, but it's not really about fitness. It's what happens to a group of strangers when they have something fun to do together.

  • Natural connection

Doing something together removes the pressure of forced networking.

  • Everyone participates

Activities are designed so no single athlete dominates the experience.

  • Light competition

Teams make games exciting without making them overly serious.

  • Feel better afterwards

Movement, laughter and shared experiences naturally shift the atmosphere.

The games

What might we play?

A rotating mix of team strategy, relays, cooperation challenges and whole-group chaos. Exact activities vary by event — these give you the idea.

  • Group of friends laughing together outdoors

    Human Tic-Tac-Toe

Teams race to place themselves strategically on a giant grid.

    TeamsEasy10–15 min
  • Silhouettes of a group celebrating together at sunset

    Team Relay Remix

Short relay challenges where teamwork matters more than speed.

    TeamsActive10–15 min
  • People crossing water in a canoe

    Cross the River

Teams move everybody from one side to the other using limited resources.

    TeamsModerate15–20 min

Every session blends a few of these with warm-ups and a whole-group finale — no two afternoons are quite the same.

What people usually notice

  • People start talking without needing an icebreaker.
  • Teams become surprisingly invested very quickly.
  • By the end, the group feels completely different from when it arrived.
