What is this?
Instead of standing around trying to make conversation, you'll be put into small teams and given simple, fun challenges. Some games are competitive. Some need everyone working together. None of them require you to be an athlete.
No preparation required. Come on your own or bring people — most do.
Carlos explains everything and divides the group. Nobody gets picked last.
Move, compete, collaborate and connect. Finish while you're still buzzing.
The goal is simple: move, laugh, participate and enjoy the people around you.
Why it works
The movement is real, but it's not really about fitness. It's what happens to a group of strangers when they have something fun to do together.
Doing something together removes the pressure of forced networking.
Activities are designed so no single athlete dominates the experience.
Teams make games exciting without making them overly serious.
Movement, laughter and shared experiences naturally shift the atmosphere.

The games
A rotating mix of team strategy, relays, cooperation challenges and whole-group chaos. Exact activities vary by event — these give you the idea.
Teams race to place themselves strategically on a giant grid.
Short relay challenges where teamwork matters more than speed.
Teams move everybody from one side to the other using limited resources.
Every session blends a few of these with warm-ups and a whole-group finale — no two afternoons are quite the same.

Teams become surprisingly invested very quickly.
By the end, the group feels completely different from when it arrived.
